הלל ישראל פועל בשישה מרכזים באוניברסיטאות ומכללות ברחבי הארץ ומהווה את המרכז הישראלי של הלל העולמי - ארגון הסטודנטים היהודים הגדול והוותיק בעולם, הפועל במעל 550 קמפוסים במגוון מדינות.
